Specialty Testing Services
Beyond the Visual Home Inspection
Some property conditions cannot be fully evaluated through a standard visual home inspection. Specialty testing and diagnostic services provide additional information using professional equipment, field measurements, sampling methods, and, when applicable, laboratory analysis.
Specialty testing may be added to a home inspection or scheduled as a standalone service, depending on the service requested.
These services are not automatically included with a standard home inspection and must be requested separately. Each service has its own scope, preparation requirements, procedures, limitations, fees, and reporting process. Laboratory fees and processing times may apply when samples are collected for analysis.
